We've had reports of users getting a "Connecting to sync server error."

This is a temporary error that lasts for around 10 minutes and will resolve on its own, however it may be reoccurring.

If you see this error, your words are safe. They are still saving and will resync once the connection is re-established. The issue seems to be that the app is unable to pull data from our backend to display it on the frontend, meaning that versions may be buggy while the outage is active. But rest assured, the data is still there.

As a temporary measure, while we investigate, if you see this error, you can continue to write, but please avoid attempting to restore versions while the error is active. It should resolve itself shortly.

I'm experiencing the "Connecting to sync server error," but it is not resyncing or resolving on its own. I've signed out, signed back in, and also deleted everything on the browser (cache, ect). It is still not working. Some work does load, but not much. I know my internet is working and a few projects still load. Is there anything I can do to get my project?

Trent This is error is re-occurring every 12 hours or so, but usually clears up within 15 minutes. Unfortunately at the moment there is nothing but to wait it out.

Rest assured, we're on the case, and are trying to get this fixed as a top priority.
