Google Docs -> Novlr formatting broken on export

Text copied and pasted from Google Docs and into Novlr, has strange formatting on export, often with lines that appear through the text.

pls help,my novel looks like this on doc when i want it to be a one day,one page format:(e.g.)

Hi Eugene . I'm not 100% sure I follow. Could you message me through the customer support chat so we can take a look? Screenshots and examples would be really helpful here.
Also, to add to this, Indentation is messy upon transfer. I am having to go through my uploaded document and redo the indentation for 99% of the paragraphs.
