We've had some reports of writers being randomly logged out of Novlr, taking them into a log in loop.

It looks like this issue is isolated to our old app. If you haven't upgraded yet we recommend switching to the new app, which should resolve the issue.

To upgrade, head over to studio.novlr.org, log in with your Novlr details, and then run the upgrade to bring all your data over.

Please make sure you also update all bookmarks and app shortcuts to the new address.
