A single button to undo the last action - essentially functioning like Ctrl+Z, but in button form, rather than a keyboard shortcut for those on devices like tablets or mobile phones.

I agree, last week I cut and paste into Novlr and found out that I didn't remember where I put it. I desperately searched for one, but none were found so I had to restore from an old save that didn't have a lot of other changes. I was not aware I could use the keyboard shortcut or I would.
Yes please! I rely on mobile for my writing a lot.
