Better comments

We'd like to improve our current comment implementation. Suggested improvements include:
- Comment without opening the comments sidebar
- Colour code comments based on type and make them filterable
- Keyboard shortcuts to open and close the comments panel
- Highlight the comment you are actively viewing
- Make comments collaborative for shared links

Letting other people add comments to ym fics when I share would be a great thing!
Perhaps comment settings, so that people have power of choice in their commenting model. Also, collaborative permissions maybe based on email, or a novlr account subtype for collaborators that have permission to comment without needing direct account access.
Colour coding would be fab
