Since the new changes it's been harder to set up word count tracking goals. I miss the way it was before. Being able to set a daily word count goal and a monthly word count goal. Also the formatting change was jarring. The spacing between lines, the font, it all looks different. Could you please add an option in settings to be able to put it back to the way it was? Also, the spell check is really great to have, but it would be nice to have an option to turn it off. The red lines popping up when I'm in an intense writing session throws me out of my thought train. I'd rather turn it off while writing, and then turn it back on at the end so I can go clean up my mistakes.

So, the old goals system is now habit tracking. We made it more modular to suit more writers. Goals are now more targeted, and your habit is global and can be edited to whatever metric you want to track wether that be a daily or a monthly target. Habits are based on words written rather than word count added, and you can set goals to reach specific word count targets on your project.
The font in Novlr is exactly the same as it always was, so nothing has changed there. But the line spacing is slightly different. We're looking into what options are available that still make the app accessible.
As for the spell check, we made this version of Novlr compatible with most third-party plugins as well as you native browser or OS spell check systems. This means that proofreading is available to everyone whether they are on a Novlr Studio plan or not. If you're seeing the corrections permanently, then this sounds like you're seeing your browser of OS corrections (are they a red squiggly line?), and not Novlr's proofreading suggestions. You'll need to turn this off in your device or browser settings.
