Coming from and publishing on campfire I can say this. While everything is organized. It’s also chaotic. I moved most of my writing over to Novlr because of how zen it is. That being said. I still publish all of the written stuff over on Campfire.

I feel like there should be a full on sidebar option for world building. This way it can remain hidden when you don’t want to see it or if you dont want to use it at all. This would retain Novlr’s zen aspect while opening up functionality that writers at least I think commonly use.

Maybe the inclusion of an all in one “zen” button that auto collapses the side bar and puts the app full screen so it’s just you and your words.

But as someone else mentioned before wiki style tagging in the manuscript as well when you type in a character or place name. This can go far beyond just characters and places as well.

Gosh, that would help me so much. I have image boards I make for characters, and I was so sad to find out that I couldn't upload them onto their pages.

This would be fantastic. Having a place to document characters and their information independently of the story would clean up my story writing greatly!

Yes characters and world building, and because there is no search function I cannot find where I may have said something about a character....

yWriter has a function like this, which is useful for keeping track of basic things like eye colour (for example). It can also automatically tell you which chapters the character appears in. I love Novlr's lack of unnecessary (and distracting) features, but this one could be worth investigating.
