We currently split all chapters into individual views, but some writers would like to be able to view their manuscript as a whole, with the chapters and sub-chapters presented as headings rather than individual documents.

A variation on this that has been suggested is to allow users to scroll to the next chapter, rather than have to click on it in the chapter menu, on include a “next chapter” or “previous chapter” button for easy navigation.
